President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and First Lady Ani Yudhoyono attended the Art Students Competition Copyright 2011 National Level held at the Istana Bogor, West Java, on Saturday (17/09/2011).
Art competitions include painting competitions, poems copyright, copyright songs, and batik design competition. Competition followed by elementary and junior high students from 33 provinces in Indonesia. The total number of participants who participated in the race art copyright is 99 people. Ninety-nine students are fighting over the President Cup. This trophy will be handed over directly by the President to the winners.
Several members of the Second United Indonesia Cabinet, who also attended the event was the National Education Minister M Nuh and the Minister of Culture and Tourism Jero Wacik.
Noah said, race is honing creativity, intellect, and sportsmanship is important for child development.
"This is necessary in order to prepare the next generation who forged its competitiveness to become more resilient and more capable than previous generations who could bring the good name of the nation in the global arena," said Noah.
